i) Free Graphics Tools:
Paint.Net
Jing Free: Have not used it myself, but heard good things about it from others. Since it is from the makers of Snagit and Camtasia Studio, I believe it is a useful piece of software. Most importantly, it does not cost you a penny! BTW, they also have a pro version of the software!
GIMP: You can try it, but I don't like it personally. Its interface and controls seem to have been designed for the "geeks".
j) Paid Graphics Tools:
Webmasters Photo Kit: Generally meant for editing, resizing, and cropping photos/images
Snag it: The easy-tuse screen capture software, graphics editor and more!
Adobe Photoshop™: It is a famous graphics designing software, but comes with a steep learning curve and price tag. Do I need to say anything more? :)
Adobe Photoshop Elements™: The "little brother" of Photoshop™, it can generally perform most of the graphics designing stuff a common man could expect, but lacks the sophistication of Photoshop. On the bright side, it is relatively easier to use and cheaper than Photoshop! |
